Island Cove Philippines

There’s something for everyone in island cove – both for kids and adults and even your pets!

My daughter celebrated her 7th birthday here with the entire family. I have to say that everyone was extremely happy. They swam, saw some animals, helped feed some monkeys, rode bikes and ate to their heart’s content. The adults had fun too and some of us were eyeing the paintball area.

Lunch was amazing! The food was absolutely gorgeous and the kids weren’t bored as they were fishing away (or at least attempted to, but the fish were wiser I think) while waiting for the food to arrive. We ate at huts propped up with bamboo over the waters, the wind blowing a nice cool breeze, soothing our stinging sun burned skin.

We got a duplex cottage and it was also very nice. Two bedrooms – one with a queen sized bed and another with two singles. It also had a living room, a small dining area, a sink, cable TV and a fridge. The cottages were near the pool so the kids absolutely loved that.

Adults should try their island spa. They have traditional hilot with a heated hilot bag that does absolute wonders to your tired and achy muscles. I tried the swedish/shiatsu combination and promptly fell asleep.

You can easily walk to each area (if it’s not too hot and if you’re in the mood) but they also offer free rides to anywhere using their eco friendly e-jeepneys. All in all, it was an amazing two days.
