Zubu Chon

Cebu lechon is purportedly the best lechon in the country. My mother went to Cebu for a day for business and came home with a box of Zubu Chon.

Zubu Chon is probably one of the best lechon I have ever tasted in my entire life! Since the stall is located in the domestic airport, they pack it perfectly for transport. They also have a pretty little box to take it home in.

We had the lechon and the lechon sisig (which is pretty effin’ awesome, if I do say so myself). They flash froze the food so that when you take it home to wherever your destination may be, it would still be quite fresh (or as fresh when you heat it up)

They also give you these small pamphlets with instructions on how to heat and enjoy your Zubu lechon. You can enjoy it by frying it, also known as “pritchon” – which is awesome with a small tortilla and some greens. Or you can have lechon sinigang.
