Holly’s Coffee – SM Southmall

Truth be told, I’ve always been fascinated by the colorful creativity and cute-ness (if there is such a word) of Korean Pop Art. The grammar on some of their taglines and quotes may be less than ideal but you have to give it to them when it comes to creativity. Which is what I see with Holly’s Coffee – a subdued…cute-ness.

Holly’s Coffee is a tangible manifestation of a marriage between visual and edible art. The space they have in the newly renovated SM Southmall is in this writer’s opinion, a gorgeous mix of earth colors – from the deep browns and almost luscious reds. The lights are also a great touch of functionality and aesthetic.
