Neo Day Spa’s philosophy is to heal the body, calm the mind and renew the spirit. It is also the only spa in the country (thus far) that offers pre and post natal massages.

They have the usual massages and aromatherapy massages, but they also have the Zen, Qi tranquility and the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massages. They also have the lymphatic draining massage which stimulates the lymphatic system and drains the toxins from the body. Hot stone massage is also available as well as the interesting Yogassage, Seashell and Bamboo massage.

A favorite of ours, as we’ve mentioned, is the pre-natal massages that help the new mom adjust with her new role by increasing her flexibility, improve sleep patterns, relieve anxiety caused by hormone changes and increases blood circulation. Their post-natal massages help in decreasing the chances and symptoms of post partum depression; increases lactation and reduces stress hormones.
