5 Different things to do in Manila

They say that Manila is just a city – there’s nothing to do but to go to the shopping monoliths and watch movies or just dine out or…you get the point.

One of the reasons why I put up this website was to get rid of the frustrating situation wherein you have some friends over or you have guests coming in from elsewhere and you have absolutely no idea what to do or where to go. I mean, do you really want to take them to the usual spots like the mall or a club? Yeah…didn’t think so.

So, here are 5 different things to do in Manila that you can do this weekend or next month when your cousins from California come over next month:

    Hi, Ian. I really like this post. Most travelers to the Philippines skip Manila and head on straight to various sand and sea destinations. Spending time at the beach is wonderful (especially as the beaches in the Philippines are some of the loveliest in the world) but it’s a shame that the charms of Manila are often overlooked.

    Your article gives a different side to Manila that tells travelers, “stay a while longer.”
